Acupressure points for pain, discomfort or other symptoms of Burns

Apply deep, probing pressure with fingertip, knuckle or soft-pointed object, such as a pencil eraser.

Acupoint 8: LI-11

Bend your arm, hand to shoulder, and place your finger on the end of the crease on the outside of the arm; open your arm and stimulate the point

TCM: Large Intestine 11

Acupoint 4: Bl60

In the depression just behind the outer anklebone

TCM: Bladder 60

Acupoint 28: Bl-65

On the outside of the foot, slightly to the rear of the last knucklebone of the smallest toe

TCM: Bladder 65
