Acupressure points for pain, discomfort or other symptoms of the WHATSIT

Apply deep, probing pressure with fingertip, knuckle or soft-pointed object, such as a pencil eraser.

Acupoint 8: LI-11

Bend your arm, hand to shoulder, and place your finger on the end of the crease on the outside of the arm; open your arm and stimulate the point

TCM: Large Intestine 11

Acupoint 9: Bl-40

Between the two ligaments, behind the knee, on the crease formed when the leg is bent; note: if you have varicose veins, don't use this point

TCM: Bladder 40

Acupoint 4: Bl60

In the depression just behind the outer anklebone

TCM: Bladder 60

Acupoint 5: SP-6

One palm width above the tip of the inner anklebone, on the back of the shinbone; often used in combination with acupoint #6

TCM: Spleen 6
