Are you Jedi? Take this 5 minute Force sensitivity test
With the hands, study of The Force begins. Hold out both hands, or at least the dominant hand, loosely, relaxed, palm out, fingers up.
Slowly breathe in deeply, while pretending to squeeze an invisible rubber ball. Focus on the feeling of grabbing.
Slowly breathe out while gently stretching the fingers almost as far as they can go. Focus on the feeling of pushing.
Repeat three more times, slowly breathing in while compressing, then breathing out while extending the fingers.
Now, hold the hands still, and use just your imagination to evoke the same feelings.
Move the hands, only on the inside, four more times. Mentally grasp while breathing in and mentally stretch out the fingers while breathing out.
What do you feel? Do you feel something moving in your hands? The Force, strong in this one is.
It moves through the entire body, but The Force is most readily experienced by grasping it with the hands.
Bonus exercise: Try gripping with one hand while releasing with the other, back and forth, through your body. Deep breathing is optional.
