Acupressure points for pain, discomfort or other symptoms of the Knee

Apply deep, probing pressure with fingertip, knuckle or soft-pointed object, such as a pencil eraser.

Acupoint 9: Bl-40

Between the two ligaments, behind the knee, on the crease formed when the leg is bent; note: if you have varicose veins, don't use this point

TCM: Bladder 40
