These points are for controlling the sensation of warmth, or put another way, combating sensations of being too cold. They can come in handy when confronted by chilly environmental conditions for the temporary relief of feeling cold. You may also be interested in the other bioenergy points, for increasing energetic feelings, controlling fear, hunger, improving or reducing the effects of memory, getting better sleep, or cessation of smoking.

If you have not found relief, try the same points on the opposite side of the body, or go back and try a related or similar symptom or body area. If you have not used acupressure before, please see the Instructions, then click the "Body Area" or "A-Z" tab and repeat.
